Are you religious about your fitness?

I try to eat in a reasonably healthy way, and I probably consume less sodium, sugar, and fats than many people. But that does not mean I never eat unhealthy food. I do get a moderate amount of exercise, mostly in the form of walking or riding a bicycle. But I am not "buff", nor do I strive to be. I am not super thin, but a doctor has never told me that I had a weight problem.
