Ouch! Did you immediately put some ice on it?
It won't be as effective now, but you could still do that, and it' might help some.

I bashed my head on the shed as I jumped up without realising I wasn’t out of the shed fully , it hurt and yes I sat in a ball nearly crying.

I heard putting it in milk makes it better.

Ugh. Not long ago, I forgot you're not supposed to lean your arm on the oven door for leverage. A great lesson for a stupid mistake. Feel better.
