Probably around 7. 6 hours of that is heavy lifting. I'm more intermediate, so that level of volume is sort of inhibiting my gains. Took a deload week and put 15 pounds on my curl, 15 pounds on my weighted pull ups, etc, etc bench prolly went up huge, too--after 1 week of rest--so I'm pretty sure I've been beating my body up a bit too much. Need more recovery.
