What could you do to be a little healthier?

Mmmmm. I'm already pretty top tier. Healthy diet. Hit the weights hard 6 days a week. I guess I could learn more about nutrition. Vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, etc.

I'm pretty good in the health department, though. Put a lot of work into it.
