Has anyone here gotten lasik eye surgery?

If so, what were your experiences? I'm really thinking about saving up to get it but I have apprehensions....

Those I know who had the surgery loved it. I'd take the risk, but apparently the surgery is not for astigmatism. I'd end up wearing glasses either way.

@coffeedimplez Talk to your ophthalmologist. 9 indicated it wasn't for astigmatism, but that could be unique to my case. Good luck.
