How can i keep my nails from breaking?

Everytime they get long,that is when they start to chip etc....

Garlic nail polish, or you can apply the garlic clove directly to the nail but the smell is very penetrating.

Biotin/Hair, Skin, Nail vitamins and iron.

Prenatals are also very effective but prolonged use is no good.
