How do you soothe a tickle in the throat? I just want to sleep, but I can't. :D

And yes,I have taken throat lozenges, had green tea and tried paracetamols. :/

Idk 😐 I just ate some hot French fries and my throat felt bruised after one sharp one scratched it. Lol doh!
