Had a number of them. Not bad. They refer to it as a "high tech" enema. Anyway it takes about 45 minutes. Also had "coffee enemas")not colonic) to help with liver detox, though depending on who you ask/discuss it with...it remains an open discussion.

A bit because the colonic is done w/ a plastic or metal speculum inserted about and inch or so, whereas the enema can be administered using a nozzle attached to tubing or a colon tube for reach. Not bad either.@memyselfandyou
