I have been sleeping like crap lately. What tips/tricks that you have to put you to sleep?

I get the best night’s sleep if I take a magnesium pill before bed. Otherwise I find yoga helpful. I don’t wake up like you do - I just find the difference in apparent quality of sleep whether I wake up feeling rested or like something the cat dragged in, but those work for me.

@JustNik I take 2 magnesium tablets each day. I do have a mind that is difficult to switch off. So the meditation is starting to appeal to me.
