Will you leave your significant other when they are diagnosed with diabetes? *I won't but i feel guilty of even thinking about it. I'm just scared. *

Learn as much as you can... if you can be WATCHFUL (don’t do for him) make sure he eats about the same amount of carbs and uses the almost the amount of insulin every day , should be okay. Follow doctor’s orders. If he’s not okay have him check his sugar level immediately.

@Mindful thanks, the problem is we are in a ldr as of the moment and i learned he passed out yesterday, that was when we both know he has it. I will monitor him everyday by checking if he takes his pills and by asking him to take photos of his meals...ive got a stubborn one.

He needs to eat the same meals or same amount of food at the same time every day, check his sugar level. He can learn to read his symptoms if he memorized the chart and pays attention to his body.... over heating is low sugar, slow movements and sleepyness is high sugar. He can treat them by not eating if it’s high, but snacking if he’s hot and sweaty which is for low sugar by. Drinking half a cup of juice.@MegumiTakani13
