Yeah,Lil's I take vitamin B 3 times a day,doc actually said I shouldn't notice much difference if I stopped taking them,but it's fine with me.

@nem16 yeah I was just at the doc's they told me I'm low in Vitamin B12... who knew?

@SW-User I had that issue,the pills certainly helped me,been taking them since late October.
