@PraiseBeToYevon: lemon or limes help to change the body's ph-to alkaline making a hostile environment for germs to reproduce...if you can do this at the first sign of a cold many times it will stop it within a day.

@JarJarBoom: sorry for the intrusion - they do make it in capsules - I use those and find them just as effective, although I imagine that would be different for everyone. If you can swallow a big-ass horse pill, you could give it a try.
