anyone else suffer from Gastroptosis???

Okay so since I was like 16 or so not that you can really tell lol, I found out I had Gastroptosis which is when the stomach hangs lower into the abdomen ill post a pic of an example of how it looks, because of this my belly looks larger than it actually is and FWI I am naturally chubby, not JUST fat. only reason am asking is I have not yet actually met anyone else with this condition ever, I know other illnesses can have a similar effect on the belly making it larger like polycystic kidneys and Kwashiorkor (the thing that makes kids you see in those african adverts bellies look huge) but I would hopefully like to talk to someone who also has Gastroptosis.

I knew a friend who had this, but unfortunately I don't know much about it :/ But the least I can say is that you're not alone on this. If I may ask, do you feel ok? I ask because I'm not sure if you're looking for someone similar to you to find peace of mind or simply to make a friend with someone you have a rarity in common with.

@SW-User I know I'm not alone, its just that uncommon I have literally never heard or met anyone with the same issue, cause ye i guess it is about having a friend or someone that I can have something in common with :P

@CarniNomBusty Gotcha. I'm happy to hear it was the latter lol. If I may ask... how do you feel? Like... living with gastroptosis, I mean. Is it something you've become adjusted to or is it something you still struggle adjusting to?

well it doesn't really affect me at all tbh as mine is only stage one, if I was stage 3 it would be a whole other thing

@CarniNomBusty Ohhhhhh, I misread your About Me. I read that you couldn't walk and I thought that was somehow related to your condition. I just now realized it was from issues on your knees from when you were a teenager. So does your condition only make you naturally chubby?

I'm sorry if this sounds like an interrogation, please let me know if I should stop lol.

lol no its fine XD I'm naturally chubby, my mom was, my dad is from what was told and so were my grandparents and so on so i guess its just genetic that i'm big ;p except of course my boobs which is from macromastia
SW-User
Tbh, I think you would have had trouble walking regardless of whatever knee injury you got when you were a teenager. I don't see many people managing to walk when their macromastia gets that extreme lol.

Wow, I didn't know the condition would be so genetically strong. Is macromastia the same?
CarniNomBusty · 31-35, F
no clue but my mom was not as big I am by a long shot, so i guess just random :P and it wasn't an injury that got me in a wheelchair, plus I guess it might be 50/50 and seeing as that pic is 2 years and am bigger than I was then, even without my knee thingy I might still of been able to walk :P

Oh damn, my bad then lol. Well, now that I know how you feel about gastroptosis, how do you feel about your macromastia? I've spoken to very few women with that condition and I've gotten a range of answers from them. Some hate it, some love it, but they can all agree that it's hard to get bras for themselves lmao.

I tried PMing you before, but it wouldn't let me :'(
