Either the sperm count is low, or the sperm are more likely than usual to die before they reach the egg (most die, even in a healthy male), or for some reason they fail to fertilize the egg if they reach it.

@AbdoYonis He himself tends to be perfectly healthy. He can have sex just fine, if the only problem is the health of his sperm. It will just be difficult to conceive children. Perhaps a fertility clinic will help, with his sperm injected into the woman's uterus, to send it directly to the egg. Or, perhaps adoption. All this is assuming that the couple wants children, of course.
