Unfortunately, as an adult, you cannot depend on her any more. I know it shouldn't be that way but such is life. I'm so sorry for your situation but you'll be alright.

So you’re just saying your on disability and you need help. I can suggest some books on budgeting if you like. I read them myself. They offer them on kindle unlimited. If you want you can read them during your free trial period so you don’t have to pay for them. That’s what I did. One book offers a free link to a budget plan that you work out yourself by filling in the blanks. @Lorna
