Anyone have any advice?

I’ve been getting overheated lately. It’s still pretty cool around here and most days it’s still below ten degrees. I’m wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I’m dressed pretty light and I sleep with my window open so I don’t know why I feel hot even though I don’t have a fever.
