Post-partum depression? What does your doctor say?
WildwoodFlower · 31-35, F
@DunningKruger i am not sure if that is what it is. I have been thinking and reading about it myself .....I guess i never really took it in consideration before because I love my baby...and i jave this idea of PPD meaning you do not connect with your baby

If you don't think it's post-partum depression, maybe your pregnancy has left you with a hormone imbalance. I'm sure your doctor can rectify it fairly quickly. My sister was like that after her second child. She's fine now x

Talk to your doctor. Also try getting a little bit of exercise in. I know this will be very difficult but 5 minutes can go a long way. It may help with some of your symptoms.
