OOooh excited to post this! January I was 184lb. Now I'm 168 and still dropping. I think I'd like to get to about 160.

@Isthisit I use myfitnesspal. It integrates well with other apps to track activity. 2000 calories for me is my daily burn. So I try and get 1500 calories to loose about 2 lbs per week. Obviously if I go work out, then I have more calories that day. That's why I like the app, it's not about a diet of what you can and can't eat. It just rewards healthy choices. If you eat lower calorie food, you get to eat more. If you work out, you usually get enough calories to have a treat.
