What do you do when you need care, help, emotional support, companionship....and there is no one there?

All my friends have died, moved far away or are as incapacitated as I am or worse. There is no one to help me. I have no family. My elders have all died. I never married, have no children. I am truly alone. Was evicted illegally from my old neighborhood of 30 years (I did get a settlement) so the people who bought it (a big faceless corporation) could make a fortune turning it into an illegal hotel. My community of 30 years was scattered.
