When are you most healthy?

Before October 😅 once that candy shows up it's pretty much downhill until January when all the leftovers are gone.

When I’m running I feel free, I drink a lot of water and eat as clean as possible. There’s no miracle cure but it helps a great deal with personal mental health and physical recovery

Probably autumn. I am most active then.
