Thank you. I have not thought of fruits. I always think of big, hot meals when I have to eat.

@BeachBum: No. I do not crave foods. I do not have interest to eat, no matter if I am very very starving or not. And most times it is just hard to eat, and feel like I will cry when I force myself to eat.
I do not mind small Foods, but most times they are not healthy. I think fruit was a really good idea for me. So thank you once more.

Welcome. Yeah fruits are a great start. Pretty versatile in smoothie drinks. Can be non dairy too.
