Do you use epson salt?

If so does it work for you?

I was supposed to been soaking my feet in epson salt and water but i didn't get around to it.
Now I'm headed to bed with throbbing aching feet and ankles.

Need to trash the old boots apparently.

Yes, I use it every time I take a bath. I don't know how much it actually benefits me, but I find it very soothing. I sometimes feel a wonderful tingling sensation in my feet and legs after a bath, if I use enough of it. It makes it much easier to relax and go to sleep afterward. 😌
