Do you use epson salt?

If so does it work for you?

I was supposed to been soaking my feet in epson salt and water but i didn't get around to it.
Now I'm headed to bed with throbbing aching feet and ankles.

Need to trash the old boots apparently.

For so many things, amazing stuff! Great to take a bath in it to sooth sore muscles, but more importantly to get the magnesium we need that seriously lacks in our diets.

My foot was stepped on badly and I had several bones broken in it and the pooling of blood at the bottom and side of my foot was intense. I took the hottest Epsom salt foot bath i could withstand and it pulled most of the swelling out and most of the bruising.

It also is a great detox. I try to bath in it a few times a week.

@SailorMarz haha! Anytime! I know lots of cool stuff like this. 🤗

It is also good if you are really constipated, but it tastes God awful.

@Peaceful i didn't know you could...consume it 👀

@SailorMarz you can mixed with water. But like I said it tastes crazy awful.

Water tastes sweet like sugar after gulping it down. I've used it in the past for liver cleanses, but that's a whole other topic. 😅

@Peaceful Epsom salt uses 101. I'm intrigued lol

@SailorMarz great stuff you never hear about in mainstream because it lowers their bottom line. I think 80% of Americans are magnesium deficient. :/

@Peaceful so i've heard...i was taught so much in massage school lol. Now i'm weirdly obsessed with reading the back of everything i'm gonna buy. Not because calories, but because i don't want high fructose corn syrup in my sacred body.

@SailorMarz that's one of many things that you should avoid at all costs. 😨
