@Deeana081971 It has worked well for You. i alternate gym (some cardio, mostly strength, flexibility) with time on the jogging track.
@laotzu92 I work at a Leisure Centre so the gym is there if i wish to use it.

I try to walk and work out at home but I haven't been doing a great job since I only managed to lose a couple of pounds .
