Can you still be schizophrenic even if you don’t hear voices?

Is it possible to not hear voices but have delusions e.g some invisible presence is planning my death or my father wants to kill me or hallucinating that people are following me and still be schizophrenic?

You aren’t hallucinatory at the moment.
I would go with plain delusional.
Don’t be discouraged.
There are very intelligent persons that suffer Schizophrenia.
