There is no accurate weight chart, as the body has many variables.
At 200 lb., I am in better shape and fitter than some who weigh 25 lb. less (though the charts say those people are more of an ideal weight).
If you’re aiming for a particular weight, aim for it (I got down to 200 lb. for 230 lb.) and see if you look and feel good at that weight.
Don’t rely on the charts, as they are not an accurate indicator of what’s right for you.

@DragonFruit thanks...i was just looking to put down an ideal weight for me to work toward and got frustrated

@LILY61 Pick your own....if you think 135 might be good, go for that and see how it feels. Don’t need to overthink it.
