Where can i find an accurate scale of how much i should weigh?

they say i can weigh between 99 lbs and 122 to be at a healthy weight!!!that is insane!!!! I was 100 lbs in my twenties and that was way too skinny.

Who says u should weigh that little? be happy with your weight. Do you look good and feel good? Thats what matters.
@JustLikeGreta well no i don't or i wouldn't be looking at these stupid weight diagrams that make no sense. i was aiming for 135. but the diagrams say that is too fat. people are chattel. why don't we all stop trying to look like emaciated zombies and stop saying that this looks good.And i am 59 years old so that would be goofy for me to get that thin. Where is the weight diagram for little old ladies?
@LILY61 Ooh, I know where it is.....it's inside you.!

Screw em.

You.been around long enough to know whats best for you.

These charts are usually aimed at a younger demographic
@BoobooSnafu which demographic? 2 year old aliens? you would have to be ill to weigh as little as some of these crazies are saying..it makes me sad
@LILY61 I was obsessed by those weight charts as a young woman also. Huge waste of time.
@JustLikeGreta thanks...when i was young i was desperately trying to gain weight, but now it's a bit different
@LILY61 Oh Hey - im with you on that!

I stayed at about 140 lb for decades.
Stopped smoking and put on weight.
About 5 years went by, decided to lose the weight, and get back to my normal one.
I did - and i looked sick.

I dont know why, I hadnt gained any extra muscle or anything.

But it was a surprise.
Maybe your bodyshape changes as we age. All i know is. I did what was recommended... And I looked wrong.
@BoobooSnafu exactly right. they used to have different charts for different ages. i can't find those anymore
@LILY61 You know, I'm pretty sure you got a handle on this.
You sound like you got a can do attitude.

Although. I do have a suggestion that might help.

It's only been recently tjat i started taking selfies, and actually got to see what i really look like.
It's different to looking in the mirror.

Maybe, if you took a few photos of yourself, your get a fresh view of what
you.look like.
I've done that too - and it's surprising.
Just a note, if ur gonna do.it - put the camera down quite low, close to the floor amd angle it up. (phone cameras are configured a little differently to normal cameras)
Try quite a few shots from different angles, Maybe even take a short video of you walking or something - ypu can delete it later if you want.

Bit this might give you am objective look at yourself.

Shutterbug on here told.me that we actually dont see ourselves very well when we look in the mirror - we tend to poise ourselves, and we sort of become blind to what is there because we do it so often, we see what we wanna see.
I dunno, it might be worth a try.
@BoobooSnafu what a nice person you are. i never meet any of those in person. and your idea is good. when i watch myself on my security camera, i just laugh and laugh. i have had alot of injuries since i got married and now i waddle. i used to stride like a cat. now it is waddle...waddle...waddle. and i had no idea until i saw myself on video
@LILY61 Hahahahaha - oml🤣🤣🤣
Oh shit.
..😁😁😁I cant fucking help it..... Im laughing my ass of at what you wrote!!!! 🤣

Oh.... It hurts🤣🤣🤣

Ok.....down to just giggles now!

What the hell did you do to yourself?!?!! '

And....omg....thats gonna be me! 🤣🤣😎
I'm always wrecking myself.

And thankyou for thinking i'm nice

I'm a right cow actually
Bit of.an intellectual snob.
Way too artsy fartsy..
But.its kind of ypu.to thinkso.

Sorry - one and a half drinks up,one beautiful summer night.

I've decided to crash out on the garden swing # got my doona and the stars ...

So nice.
@BoobooSnafu glad i could amuse you😝
@LILY61 yu girl - ur a hoot.
You write so.well.

But I'm thinking, if you.do have injuries...you need strength....and body balancing....

So
...thinking about it...

How do you feel about yoga?
