@canusernamebemyusername i usually do but i wanted to put something down for my goal and it isn't even listed on my "ideal weight"
@LILY61 weight is subjective.
As is BMI
Im 5,7" and weight about 175 - 180 lb.
Scales say i should be about 20 lb lighter... But i'd look horrible.
I like being strong. I like having a little padding, plus.... I'd lose my boobies if i did that 😁
Maybe aim for fitter, or stronger, or more flexible.
You could change swap some bodyfat for muscle.
It's all about how you feel.
I was a big girl for a long time - but i was damn fit too.
Health is more important than weight.... Amd i'm talking emotional amd mental health too.
YOU choose what ypu think is right for YOU.
