According to BMI the upper limit for someone your height
should be 136 pounds to be normal weight not 122, but then again fat % is more accurate than weight

@SW-User but all you have to do is look at a different diagram. some say one thing and others say something else. 136 would be fine, but they also think 100 lbs is fine and it isn't. this skinny phase needs to go away and people need to be healthy again

@LILY61.. But it depends on what makes you feel better, and comfortable... I guess one size doesn't fit all... Just be alert about health issues pertaining to weight like Diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.. Also, make sure you keep an eye on your thyroid gland, because sometimes having a thyroid issue can effect weight.... Good luck.👍
