@SW-User ya see, i have never really known who i was or what my name really is so that is why it is an issue for me. ask anyone who was kidnapped or adopted and they will tell you the same thing.

@LILY61 I know that my parents and both of their parents on both sides are all white Irish all from Dublin. When I go back a bit further there was talk on the fathers side of distant relatives who are from Denmark, there is talk on my Mothers side of relatives who could be German, but I don't remember the exact facts about that. My grandmother from my mothers side maiden name was Burtenshaw, this is an English name by heritage so I'd expect there to be english heritage in there somewhere
