You might want to check with other companies. There was an experiment done by identical twins using separate addresses and last names. They both sent their DNA to be checked and it came back with different findings. These tests may not be all that accurate.

@cherokeepatti If you can trace your family tree it can help to verify certain things.
@cherokeepatti twins have had different ethnicity in their blood line. apparently when the split occurs, this can happen. that is what the paper said when these Twins kept getting different answers. but who knows how real that is. Fake DNA News!

@LILY61 identical twins not fraternal twins

@Elinoria How do explain one person getting 3 different results from 3 different DNA testing companies?
@cherokeepatti idk. i am just repeating the info from the article i read two weeks ago. it might be crapola. it might be accurate. who knows?

@LILY61 The Doctors did a segment on how inaccurate some of these tests are. When you get 3 different results from 3 tests then you start to wonder don’t you?
@cherokeepatti i want to talk to this person and see if it is true
@cherokeepatti i would like to see the info infront of me. it is probably percentages that are in question, not the person's nationality

@cherokeepatti I imagine some are more accurate than others.I do know that some results have been revised over time as they aquire more data from more sources. That does not surprise me at all.
My sister did this years after I sent mine out and I was notified of a direct ancestor (her)through my account. No one else but her among many other 2nd ,3rd,4th cousins, etc. We do not share the same exact ethnicity but do have the same parents
I'd say mine is pretty accurate based on what I know of my family, where they immigrated from and studying my family tree.
It is an interesting endeavor to be sure.
