Which type of rubber pants

I have been recommended to wear rubber knickers (underpants) for sanitary reasons, but when looking at what is available there are basically 2 different types and my doctor didn't advise any particular style or pattern.
There are those rubbers which are slightly baggy with elasticated leg-openings and waist and those which are also waterproof by being skin-tight and I'd like advice which would be the better of the 2 and is there any danger of wearing latex rubber undies becoming a fetish?? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have a couple pair of these I bought over a decade ago, and they are still in good condition and they are a great fit over diapers to prevent leaks. I prefer them over most sets of plastic pants. Good luck & have a great day! :)

@LilTiffy4ever Thanks so much for the advice about plastic pants but unfortunately I have an allergy to plastic and polyurethane knickers which is why 'Doc' recommended latex rubber ones which I asked about. He reckons that they are so waterproof that wearing adult diapers underneath them isn't necessary especially as my incontinence is only slight and walking around all day in moist towelling sound a bit uncomfortable.

You should wear a pair that covers your entire body. But mainly make sure it covers your mouth
