Could be tmj? Could happen when people clench there jaw or grind there teeth
Or bite your nails like I did lol
, just try to relax your jaw
Aproductofboredom · 26-30, F
Maybe you should try that
hiddenkitty · 26-30, F
That'll be kinda hard since it's such a habit now, but maybe the fear of TMJ will help me quit.
Aproductofboredom · 26-30, F
Lol yeah I was forced to Becuase my jaw would get stuck sometimes
I had exams and bit my nails a lot and then got tmj
But it's practically gone now

It's probably lockjaw. Have you been around rabid bats lately? A Trump rally?
hiddenkitty · 26-30, F
No, no rabid bats nor Trump rallies. Well, I've been around someone who went to a trump rally a few months ago, if that counts lol

There's something wrong with the joint that connects your jaw to your face. A dentist can help you try to realign it.
hiddenkitty · 26-30, F
I won't be able to see my dentist for another 3 months or so, but I'll make note of it if it happens again

hiddenkitty · 26-30, F
What?
JDLC76 · 46-50, M
Have you had your wisdom teeth out? My jaw Stopped clicking after they were gone.
hiddenkitty · 26-30, F
Yeah, I had them all pulled out 2 years ago.
JDLC76 · 46-50, M
Then it may be an alinement thing .@hiddenkitty:
TMJ

Talk to your dentist.

Maybe you need to wear a retainer.
hiddenkitty · 26-30, F
I currently wear retainers every night. I got them after my braces were removed 6 years ago.
@hiddenkitty: Then maybe they need a "tune up" or you need to get new ones.

They must be checked at least evey 6 months.

Could be an infection and it is actually glands popping.
hiddenkitty · 26-30, F
That sounds frightening! But I don't think I'll be able to see a doctor any time soon!
