Chamomile or mint tea does the trick for me :) (Don't forget to drink water after to stay hydrated)
@Busybee333 if only I had some 😅 maybe normal tea will do it
Busybee333 · 31-35, F
@AndrewtheAlu define "normal" tea please xD

Warm water is usually good whether it's tea or just water and lemon - still helps. Sometimes warm water with one TEASPOON of apple cider vinegar helps digestion too. * sometimes i go intense with a full table spoon but it is SOUR xD
@Busybee333 ya know, regular old, average British tea. Does it even have an extra name than tea?
I mean probably but I don’t know enough, I just get Tesco teabags and they say medium strength tea

@AndrewtheAlu well, if it is black tea, it has caffeine - helps with metabolism.
@Busybee333 awesome, you deserve your BA then 😆 I pick your option you’re in the know

@AndrewtheAlu It is my honour, young teapprentice xD Do not hesitate to broaden your horizons a google search away - there are probably 1000 more herbs & spices to aid digestion lol
