Has anyone here tried cannibas oil THC to treat an ailment or disease?

I know some who have and said they felt results. I loved CBD. got a mate who makes it. Unfortunately tried to talk my then lawful wife into it. Unfortunately she trusted the mainstream way. R.I.P Sweetness xxxxxxx
