Are there any possible risks for a woman wearing bare midriff outfits in winter?

What if just a silver of the belly skin would be bare and everything else warmly covered? Would it posses some risk?

[c=#008099]As long as a snowball fight never got started, there shouldn't be a problem! But I've never started a snowball fight yet where I never ended up being the one who got thrown into a snowbank by my attacking aggressors. Snowbanks and bare midriffs are not a match made in heaven![/c]
