Do you use progesterone cream?

This is aimed at ladies here obviously. I wonder if you can tell me your experience of it and if you recommend it?

See this. Below the pic it speaks of it. And you will see it is commonly used by men. Progesterone cream has a benefit to both sexes.

Just as she loses her Estrogen after change of life--he, who has an "internal" change---loses his Progesterone- No! not testosterone- that is a far different issue. But Progesterone. As it is vital to his health. But not in large qualities.

Thank you, I have heard that males can use it, though I wasn't sure what it does for them.
