It's January so everyone is super keen on the gym. I love the buzz of a busy gym. However, I'm here in the morning and just love you can get on whatever you need to?

The great thing about gym equipment is that it is great for hanging your drying washing on. Well, at least that is what happened in our house....several times.

@pennynoodles I'm loving it at the moment, back in the groove, just wish my shoulder or neck or whatever is wrong with me repairs fully and I can get back to it properly.
