Is Vaping Bad??

I have friends who vapes and does hookah. But I wanna know if it’s bad or not and what’s the difference?

Vaping is much healthier. Less carcinogens and tar than a cigarette, there's no evidence of cancer risk with vaping. Hookah though has more than cigarettes.
