Painless ways to kill yourself yes I’m a coward but I can’t take this pain anymore and just want to end the suffering

If you had a son who decided to kill himself, and you found him dead one day, do you think the pain you felt would ever stop? Do you think your wife, who gave birth to that son, would ever stop grieving? I guarantee you, never...either one of them. It would never be painless for them and other family members and friends. You’ve got your whole life ahead of you, to have fun, friends, wife, babies, celebrations, the list goes on.
