I have very sweaty smelly feet all the time. What is good to prevent this?

Doesn’t matter if it’s hot or cold, but worse in cold, if I’m nervous or not.. it feels like a normal thing at this point but it’s nasty

Use Crystal deodorant on your feet.
Wear breathable (wicking) socks

@whippersnapper I like socks with at least 75% cotton content. drmirkin.com suggests ensuring your socks get turned inside out before washing to wash away dead skin that may collect in teh sock and serve as food for bacteria and fungi. (The actual cause of odor)

Otherwise the antiperspirant is the other suggestion that made sense.

Finally, take off our shoes as much as you're able. Fungi and bacteria grow best in warm, moist, dark locations. Shoes give all three. Take the shoes off to dry the feet out.

Switch shoes. Avoid wearing the same pair multiple days.
Switch socks midday? The laundry may add up, but perhaps it's worth it.

Take a scrubber to the bottom of your feet to reduce flaking skin, the bacterial and fungal food supply.
