I have very sweaty smelly feet all the time. What is good to prevent this?
Doesn’t matter if it’s hot or cold, but worse in cold, if I’m nervous or not.. it feels like a normal thing at this point but it’s nasty

There is a foot deodorizer spray by Dr. Shols you can spray in the shoes directly but I do so on the socks. I also use a menthol cooling spray on my feet and put baby powder in my socks and boots as I’m on my feet a lot. It’s a life saver. Makes them far more comfy and there is little to no odor.

@VictoryOrValhalla That's excellent advice! 👍Unfortunately, it sounds like she has plantar (foot) hyperhidrosis, so she will need much stronger treatment methods.
