Have you ever gotten a professional massage before?

I've had a few. Most of them I've been happy with. There was one, however that was so rough, I ended up hurting more than feeling better afterwards. Best advice I can give is to just relax and let your body go. If it hurts, be sure to say something, and if it continues....cut the cord & leave. The longer it goes, the more it's going to hurt later.
