If the daily max dose of ibuprofen is 3200mg, and I am taking more than that (4000-5000mg/day) to effectively manage my back pain..

Damn..The problem is you might get no symptoms of the cuts till it's an ulcer.
I have lot of stomach issues. I can't get pain killers because the lining is damaged and the stomach moved far up.
I have to follow very strict diet and I suffer regardless.
You don't want this pain, trust me. Try to find better and more lasting solution. Talk to your doctor more, get physical therapy
