I feel so bad after being unable to buy my father's medicine because it is so expensive and the generic medicines were already bought by the others

Why are you paying for it?

@MartinTheFirst lucky guy looks like you've never been in this situation

@MartinTheFirst Health insurance is expensive and unaffordable for most, sometimes it’s easier to pay monthly for a medication than it is to pay for an insurance policy.

@LithiumDrop i'm still wondering why she is the one paying for it
@MartinTheFirst Sometimes children have to step up. I admire the assumption of responsibility she’s taken upon herself... it’s what loving family does.

@MartinTheFirst we're living in a poor country under inflation. My dad travels 6hrs to get on his work and get paid with small amount of money. I feel like I shouldn't tell this sorry :(

@HuckleberryFriend So he can't afford paying for it himself? Or is it an act of kindness? Or are you in debt?

@MartinTheFirst actually it is my father's money. But it is not enough to buy branded medicines. His budget was alloted for generic medicines only and I feel bad because I have no extra cash to buy him those medicines

Actually, he has insurance before. But as of now, we can't afford it. @NeuroticByNature
