Wisdom tooth

Any over the counter pain killer I can take for the pain of a wisdom teeth that ya coming out until I have a chance to see a doctor ? I’ve been taking ibuprofen but it really doesn’t seemed to work

naproxin, trade name alleve, take double the recommended dosage. its still safe
