My height is 5'2 and weight 39 kg. 30 year old woman. Is is normal?

SW-User
Why do you use mixed units? Why not all metric?
SW-User
Well, it depends on how do you feel about yourself. If you feel normal about that, then you are fine.

My height is 4'8, and I'm 39 kg too. 馃檭 I'm completely normal.

@Genelia Well, I'm smaller than you. And I'm sure there are some people who smaller than me. There are people just like us. We are small, and that is okay with being small.

It depends. Do you feel pain in your internal organs? Do you have enough energy to do your daily tasks? Were you always like that, or lost weight at some point in your life? Are you receiving all the essential nutrients?

@HannibalAteMeOut I don't feel pain in internal organs as such. I do have energy to do my tasks, But I feel tired sometimes. I usually consider it normal. I've benn skinny all my life around the same weight range.What i feel is i look scrawny and weak in front of others and that's what others say. Maybe compared to other women of my place, I am less strong

@Genelia well I'm not a specialist of any kind to know. Perhaps if you want to change that about yourself you can try it, or consult a dietitian, start exercising so that you won't feel weak.

I don't know. If you're healthy and happy - seems about 15 lbs underweight to me..."average" for small-framed woman 5'2" is 108 on the low end. I assume it's an American scale.
SW-User
I think that would be considered under weight.
SW-User
That鈥檚 very light. Are you healthy?
SW-User
I am smaller than you.

@SW-User Oh really?
