If you ever broke a bone and were placed in a cast, did you slowly go crazy?

It has been about 4 weeks since I have been in a cast (broken foot), and I'm seeing myself slowly going crazy, and finding breathing to be a bit difficult. I want to walk on my 2 feet, clean my room, and go back to work. I just want to do something. :(

Broke my index finger when I was 17. I was so scared to tell my grandmother I didnt do anything about it. Healed all wrong. I was an idiot. So 1 finger is like a sausage then the rest.

@ScarletWitch I also thought about cutting it off. I was really sure I was going to do it. But then I thought about video games, and piano... I wont be able to do the same stuff anymore. But I really hate my left finger.

@ScarletWitch That happened to my dad. When he was 5 years old, he wanted to play with the other kids on the roof (in Greece some houses have flat roofs), but his mother told him no. Know what he did? He went on the roof anyway. Kids were playing tag, and my dad ended up falling off the roof. He landed on his back pebbles. He was too scared to tell his mom, and now for the rest of his life he has to deal with a permanently broken back.

Let's just say... I was stabbed with a fork in my thigh once. Thrown ashtrays at my head. Also pots and pans. Chased with the metal spoon. Dunked my head under water. That sorta shit.
