Being Caned

Why is it that wearing latex rubber pants when being caned intensifies the stinging effect of the cane and gives me great satisfaction without the need to being severely thrashed.

The rubbers are also useful to catch any spillages which might occur if I get too aroused during my punishment sessions with my disciplinarian
