What’s The difference in being lactose intolerant or being allergic to milk ?

I can eat ice cream, I can eat yogurt I can eat cheese mostly. I just can’t do milk and makes me sick even while I am eating it. What do you think ?

Beta lactoglobulin content is decreased in other diary products than milk because of the process and the bacteria, and the iron binding to the molecule is fortified. Iron is known to deactivate the allergens.
That's why you'd get gastrointestinal problems from milk but not from them.
